Danish IT consultancy company of approximately 35 employees joins the family and moves into Ballerup.
Danoffice IT is a supplier of IT infrastructure to organizations both in the public and private sector, all around the world, and we are a leading supplier of IT to IGO’s and NGO’s.
Our business areas are founded on the IT infrastructure upon which your applications operate. We provide counseling both in and out of the cloud, we supply 100% user-ready devices, and we provide solutions and services to support your business. We assist in providing the users with safe and secure access to data, systems, and applications to ensure efficient and seamless productivity.
We do all this while maintaining a keen focus on sustainability.
Our 300+ colleagues are spread across our Danish locations in Svendborg, Hinnerup, Ballerup, and our worldwide locations Switzerland, Singapore, and China. Our annual revenue exceeds 3 billion Danish kroner.

Danoffice IT (DOIT) was founded by an enthusiastic entrepreneur who had a dream to do things differently and better: this dream has become reality! This is because we do make a difference. Our contribution in the world is initiated in Denmark, but reaches out, even to the furthest parts of the globe and to the hotspots of the world. Therefore, it is important for us to include accountability into our everyday lives and in what we provide.
Our business is IT, but it is not just about IT. Our mindset remains that people come first and that is the only way we can make a difference. Our solid business and constant development have been founded upon ensuring that we thrive together as people. Jointly and individually.
We continue to invest heavily in our organization and culture. This is because we know that specialists need to have feedback from other specialists at their level and across areas of expertise and we all need some inspiration and social interaction.

We Acquire Conecto
Conecto which is a Danish IT services company of approximately 60 employees joins the family and moves into Ballerup and Hinnerup.
2022
Asian Hub in Singapore
We opened a new Asian hub in Singapore which has its own logistics and distribution. This was done to create closeness and the best possible delivery options.
2021
We Acquire edgemo
Adding its extensive hardware, consulting, and services business, the Danish company edgemo joined Danoffice IT in 2021.
2020
We Acquire NPvision Group
Our sustainability strategy is exemplified by the acquisition of NPvision who is in the business of used IT.
2019
We Acquire Datacon
By acquiring Datacon Enterprise Solutions, we added a larger knowhow of datacenter solutions as well as new corporate clients both in the public and private sector.
2017
Agilitas Acquires Danoffice IT
The pan-European, private equity firm Agilitas Private Equity LLP acquired Danoffice IT and in 2018, Lars Baun Jensen became our CEO.
2006
Branches in USA and Switzerland
In 2006, we opened our branch in the USA and in 2011, we added one in Switzerland. These were not acquired businesses, but rather founded from scratch.
2000
Focus on IT
In 2000, we began focusing on IT and ended up removing the office supplies from our business model. That lead to a name change to Danoffice IT.
1995
Born Global
Danoffice IT was founded by
Steen Nielsen in Svendborg.
In this office, we sold office
supplies to three global organizations
and as such, we are proud to say that we were Born Global.
