The demand for greener IT solutions is increasing rapidly as we all become more focused on the climate, IT security, and compliance.

Since 2005, we have specialized in making a business out of used IT equipment. With our global network of 138 ITAD hubs, we're simplifying the complex process of managing end-of-life IT assets, offering a seamless and sustainable service to clients worldwide. Our expert team will handle every step of the ITAD process, from data destruction and equipment decommissioning to recycling and disposal, ensuring compliance with global regulations and minimizing environmental impact.

What is ITAD?

ITAD is an abbreviation of "IT Asset Disposition" and encompasses the entire process of secure and responsible disposal of outdated or undesired IT equipment such as computers, servers, hard drives, and other electronic equipment. ITAD is not just about disposing of old equipment, it also includes data removal to protect sensitive information. Naturally, it also includes recycling and re-use of components and in some cases, re-sale of the equipment. The purpose of ITAD is to minimize the environmental effects of IT equipment which has reached the end of its life all while the company’s data is secured from unauthorized access which maximizes the monetary value of the equipment.

How it works

We make it easy for our customers to manage used IT equipment as well as obtain documentation of their compliance. When the customers enter into an agreement with us we take care of everything. We coordinate each and every task and arrange pick-up and secure transportation to our nearest ITAD hub to keep the task as local-to-local as possible. This way, we avoid moving the equipment across large geographical distances.

At these locations, all devices having data stored on them will be data-wiped to the highest market standards and the equipment will be sorted based on whether it can get a new life with a new user or not. If not, they are disposed of in an environmentally proper manner. It is all documented and reported back to the customer including a data-deletion report. We also make sure the customer receives a financial incentive for those pieces of the equipment that had value and were given a new life with a new user. The bottom line is that we have taken something difficult and complex and made it simple, efficient, and attractive for our customers.

Documentation for Your Positive Imprint

We offer all our ITAD Service customers a CO2e report which outlines the exact savings of emissions on the recycled or re-used equipment. The report is used in the company’s own report, among other things, in relation to CSRD.

We work Globally in 138 Countries

We are continuously expanding our service both in terms of streamlining the processes but also when it comes to the global reach and density of the physical ITAD hubs. At this time, we can service customers in 138 countries from 103 ITAD hubs and we are continuously exploring the options to increase the number of countries we can service at the highest standards possible.
