The Export Compliance team consists of experts in legal requirements, regulations, and standards and they ensure that all papers and export permits are in order. We are preapproved by several authorities for export of equipment which makes the process more efficient.

Upon receipt of every order, we have a team that follows the products all the way through receipt to first use. This is an approach we have had for many years and we know it creates a deep sense of security. We refer to it as onboarding.
Knowledge sharing is critical and we have standardized processes to ensure that all updated knowledge about the relevant factors in each country is distributed internally in our organization immediately. In the global IT equipment marked, we are but one of very few with a similar organizational structure and that puts us in the leading position in the area.
Export Compliance Services
International commerce with IT equipment is associated with several legal requirements, regulations, standards, and rules. The more complicated the equipment, the stricter the requirements are. The consequences of overlooking or ignoring this can be fatal for a company. This is because a breach of the sanctions includes anything from administrative sanctions to large fines and even imprisonment.
Therefore, at Danoffice IT, we have an in-house team to manage Export Compliance. As a service to our customers, we offer to ensure that all paperwork and export permits are in order and afterwards, we manage the necessary reporting. We are preapproved by several authorities to export equipment which makes the process even more efficient.
We screen all orders for controlled equipment or destinations subject to sanctions. Then, we collaborate with the customer to ensure that we have all the proper documentation in place. A close collaboration between Inside Sales and our Compliance Team creates a great amount of security for our customers and collaborative partners.
