Danoffice IT Whistleblower Portal is an expression of openness and accountability and should be seen as a supplement to the internal dialogue in Danoffice IT.
The purpose of the Whistleblower Portal is to ensure an anonymous, confidential and independent channel for reporting matters that cannot be immediately handled through the regular channels. The Whistleblower Portal ensures that all reports are treated confidentially and under secure conditions.
You can use the Whistleblower Portal to report
- Economic crime (embezzlement, bribery, fraud, forgery)
- Providing false or misleading information to public authorities
- Physical violence or sexual abuse
- Violation of the law violations of the law or reasonable suspicion thereof
- Violation of occupational safety
- Threats to environmental health and safety
- Irregularities
- Unethical behavior
The whistleblower portal may not be used to make false accusations or harass individuals, and deliberately false/untrue information may not be reported at all. Anyone who reports via the whistleblower scheme in good faith is protected against reprisals. If you wish to report a matter externally, this can be done to the individual authority. When you report via the Whistleblower portal, you can rest assured knowing that all cases are screened and processed by Lund Elmer Sandager Advokater. Lund Elmer Sandager is impartial and has experience in handling whistleblower schemes.
All reports are treated strictly confidentially. If you provide contact information (name, e-mail, telephone number) in connection with your report, only Lund Elmer Sandager will be able to see this information. The contact information will not be passed on to Danoffice IT. You also have the option of being anonymous in your report. When you are anonymous, we do not have the opportunity to identify you, but it is also more difficult for us to communicate with you and ask you clarifying questions. The communication between you and Danoffice IT is secure in any case and will basically take place through the Whistleblower portal.
