Danoffice IT has entered into an agreement to acquire edgemo a/s. This is the third add-on acquisition for Danoffice IT, since the equity firm Agilitas’s buyout in November 2017.

Lars Baun Jensen, CEO of Danoffice, commented: “We are looking forward to joining forces with a team who, in only nine years, have been able to make a significant footprint in the Danish IT market.
