A true team effort

On Wednesday night CET, Danoffice IT had to take the stage at this year’s Citrix Unite in New Orleans, US, to receive the award as Citrix European Technical Partner of the Year 2024. “This achievement is very special to us”, says Christian Fenneberg, Vice President, AI & Digital Transformation,  Danoffice IT. “This title is new in Citrix, and we are the first in Europe to bring it home. A significant achievement, which everyone has contributed to”. Thereby, Christian underlines the fact that this is indeed everyone in Danoffice IT’s award.  “In Danoffice IT we are many people working with Citrix. In our sales, in Pharma, in Managed Services, in Professional Services – in our marketing. So, this is not a sole person or solution wining this title. It is a true team effort of the finest kind. Citrix is a part of everything we do”, Christian Fenneberg says.

It lies deeply in our DNA that we want to be best in class on our field. This prize confirms that we are in the very top, and according to Henrik Marcher Christensen, Head of Specialists – Pharma Solutions in Danoffice IT, it is our exceptional team and strong partnership with Citrix that pave the way.

Dedikation paves the way

Head of Security & Virtual Workplace in Danoffice IT, Jesper A. Frederiksen, adds that we did not go easy on this one. “The reason we stand here today is because we have people with us that are extremely dedicated. To be working with Citrix on this level takes great technological knowhow – but also experience and historical insight in the development of Citrix”, he says and continues: “When we create solutions for these kinds of environments it affects many users at once, at it really sets out high demands for our specialists. It takes insight in the clients’ businesses and operations and in surrounding technologies. Also, we have a team of consultants who are deeply focused on designing methodology and standards so that everything aligns every time”.  

Jesper also points out that it takes a rather unique effort for a modern-day tech-specialist to stand up to the pace of the technological developments. “These people are specialists, and they have this persistence and dedication to constantly improve their skills. It is hard work, and it is teamwork. It affects all of our organization – and, obviously, our clients”.
