For nearly three decades, we have put in the effort on a global scale to make a difference. We put in the effort with the ambition to be the best in class and today, we set ourselves apart on a global scale. Therefore, we are proud to have been awarded a SILVER rating from EcoVadis.
We make a difference when we can. This is a mantra which serves as a guiding principle in our efforts in our ESG program. We not only talk the talk, we walk the walk. We strive to be ethically responsible, honest, trustworthy, and our new EcoVadis rating solidifies that our efforts are making a difference. EcoVadis assesses businesses across the globe on their efforts related to sustainability. They assess the businesses in four categories: Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. Our overall score meets our ambition to be among the best.
Global Benefit
Today, we are the leading entity when it comes to supplying technology to the largest charitable organizations in the world. That experience has allowed us to create a platform from which we can contribute to making a difference for people in need. Our experience in supplying technology to developing countries and the hotspots of the world has shown us the difference technology can make in the individual society. Therefore, as part of our overall ESG program, we have launched, dedicated, and obligated ourselves to a long list of initiatives for which the UN Global Compact is critical both for us and for EcoVadis.
”Ecovadis is the largest global player to assess the work on sustainability done by corporations and for that reason, their rating provides a great degree of comfort for their customers. Just like we do, they also have the UN’s Global Compact as a key guiding principle,” Henriette Normann-Ekergren says. “Our credibility is crucial to our success in our work across the world. Therefore, our SILVER rating from EcoVadis is also a manifestation. It is an important confirmation to our customers that we deliver on our promises. This demonstration creates peace of mind.”
What Is EcoVadis?
Since 2007, EcoVadis has become the world’s largest and most trusted provider of sustainability ratings. Today, we have created a network of more than 130,000 customers globally. The rating from EcoVadis is an evidence-based analysis of performance and executable roadmaps for continued improvements based upon international sustainability standards such as:
- UN Global Compact
- Global Reporting Initiative (GRI)
- ISO 26000

Goals for the Future
The efforts to create a greener IT industry to ensure greater peace of mind for our customers and the outlook towards a better future, all combined, are what is keeping our feet to the fire. Now, we can work with EcoVadis as a partner in this: “A great benefit with EcoVadis is that they can guide us going forward on how to improve even more in all 4 areas of assessment. Obviously, we are going for the gold next time,” Henriette Normann-Ekergren confirms.
We are not at the finish line, and we will only get closer to it when we carry the burden together. Therefore, we have outlined a list of very lofty ESG goals for our organization which stretch far beyond business operations. Our experience in providing technology to developing countries and the hotspots of the world allows us to see the difference technology can make in the individual society. This is a difference which has people at the center.
”We are putting in very broad efforts in our overall ESG program. We are making efforts ranging from greener global logistics solutions to solar powered CO2 neutralization of our energy consumption. However, we also work on social responsibility, and we are ISO-certified in anti-corruption and have a responsible management as well as diversity. We have committed ourselves to the UN’s Global Compact as a crucial guiding principle for us in our journey. Our silver rating from EcoVadis increases our focus even further and helps us to make it all even better,” Henriette Normann-Ekergren concludes.
